• Roblox group rank and staff role designation.
• Optional backup email and password for staff access recovery.
• Shift and staff activity metadata related to operations.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used to authenticate staff, display profile information, secure access to resources, and manage shift operations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Data Storage

Staff data is stored in Firebase. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and system services.

4. Data Sharing

We only share data with Roblox and our hosting providers to authenticate and run the Services. We do not share staff data with third parties for marketing.

5. Your Choices

You may request to update or delete your staff profile by contacting leadership. Leaving the Roblox group may remove staff access automatically.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Services evolve. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
